GRATITUDE

As I sit at my desk and gaze out of the window, I can’t help but be grateful. It’s Christmas eve and many that I know have slipped away during this year. Have you ever wondered why you’re still here? Have you ever considered the value that you may represent to someone else? Life doesn’t have to be perfect for you to be blessed. Nor does it have to be perfect for you to be a blessing to someone else.

Perhaps you haven’t figured it all out yet. As for me, I know some things that GOD has called me to do. However, there’s still a lot that I haven’t figured out. So, as I encounter each day, I am ever learning and seeking purpose. When this life is over, I want to have spent everything that was deposited into my account. We are to live life to the full!

What about you? Don’t you want all that life has to give?? Are your desires just a passing wish? GOD has given us a world of possibilities. Don’t be afraid to explore. I am now officially a senior citizen, yet I still press for more. More wisdom, more knowledge and more enjoyment out of life. There’s always been a deep desire within me to bring value to the people around me. That’s where the real fulfillment is. If you are feeling depressed, go help someone. I guarantee you’ll feel better. If life is not what you desire it to be, perhaps you are limiting yourself. It’s time to take the chains of limitation off and soar. The only limits that you have are the ones that you put on yourself. Don’t allow people and things to limit you. Live your life through your own eyes and not the lenses of someone else. Be authentically you! It’s true that many will be annoyed with that. However, it’s only because they don’t have the courage to live authentically. Be grateful for the people in your life and the ones that just passed through but made a difference. Gratitude will take you a long way. Let go of fear and thank GOD for the freedom that He so graciously gives. Don’t allow others to take it from you. Hold on to it and live!!!

Grateful…..
